The reception to Wendy’s new food offerings will be warm, not cold.
The fast food restaurant is capitalizing on the increasing demand for pumpkin spice drinks as the season changes. On September 2, Wendy’s announced that two new items, the Pumpkin Spice Frosty and the Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cream Cold Brew, would be joining the menu.
On September 12, participating locations around the country will begin offering the new pumpkin-spiced foods.
When will Wendy’s introduce their new menu items?
The new Pumpkin Spice Frosty, according to the chain, combines the nutty, cinnamon, and pumpkin flavors of the original Frosty with the creamy texture of the original Frosty.
Wendy’s chief marketing officer in the United States, Lindsay Radkoski, released a statement saying, “With our new Pumpkin Spice Frosty, we’re giving our fans what they want this fall.” From the Strawberry Frosty of summer to the Peppermint Frosty of the holidays a year ago to the Pumpkin Spice Frosty of fall, we’re always looking for new ways to satisfy our loyal Frosty customers. In the fall, our devoted followers will be able to sample a brand-new, delicious confection.
Cold-brewed coffee and the same creamer used in the creation of the vanilla, caramel, and chocolate Frosty flavors will be combined with the same amount of sugar used in the creation of the Pumpkin Spice Frosty to create the Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cream Cold Brew. When served over ice, Wendy’s labels it a “pumpkin pick-me-up!”

For a limited time beginning on September 13th, Uber One members can have Pumpkin Spice Frostys delivered from participating Wendy’s locations. Adding a Frosty to your order before checking out qualifies you for a free Frosty of equal or lesser value if you’re a member. Members of Uber One can take advantage of this offer until September 19th, but act fast!

The Pumpkin Spice Frosty and the Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cream Cold Brew aren’t the only Frosty goodies available at Wendy’s. Here we have Chocolate Frosty and Vanilla Frosty.
Wendy confirmed in its most recent press statement that it will not be selling Vanilla Frosties at this time.
It’s still a Strawberry Frosty. For the time being, the berry-flavored product is on hold until spring.
The chain announced the availability of their Frosty Cream Cold Brew in July. It has cold brew as its base, along with Frosty creamer and your choice of syrup (vanilla, chocolate, or the latest addition, caramel). To finish, the cocktail is “swirled to perfection” over ice.
