With their Peace Out tour, Aerosmith is saying “No more, no more” to traveling after 50 years.
At the Sept. 2 show in Philadelphia that kicked off Aerosmith’s “Victory Lap” tour, the band showed that it was in top shape for this tour, which plays stadiums in North America until January.
Steven Tyler’s yowl and scarf-covered mic stand are still in good shape, and Joe Perry, the other Toxic Twin, is still making hot blues-rock with ease.

Joey Kramer, the original drummer, is not going on the band’s last tour. However, Brad Whitford and Tom Hamilton are still there to play guitar and bass, respectively. John Douglas, who used to be a drum tech for Aerosmith, is taking Kramer’s place.
The band’s two-hour, 18-song show is full of ’70s and ’80s hits like “Love in an Elevator” and “Janie’s Got a Gun.” But no Aerosmith show would be complete without old favorites like “Dream On” and “Walk This Way,” which are getting one last chance to shine.
