There was some confusion over Tom Brady’s involvement with the Las Vegas Raiders after he decided to become a minority owner of the NFL team since Brady himself seemed to hint that he would have a “very passive role.” However, his performance in Saturday’s preseason game suggests that may not be the case.
Tom Brady was present for Saturday’s preseason finale between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Dallas Cowboys and appeared to be playing an active role with the squad. Before the game, he chatted with supporters in the stands and talked strategy with the quarterbacks in the locker room. He also visited with a few fans on the sidelines.
Tom Brady was overheard instructing quarterbacks Jimmy Garoppolo, Aidan O’Connell, Chase Garbers, and Brian Hoyer, “Go ruin their night,” as they were heading out to the field on Saturday. The NFL community had lots to say about the announcement that Brady would be linked with the Las Vegas Raiders despite his inability to play on the field this season.
