Release date for The Equalizer 3 in the USA: September 1, 2023. The Equalizer 3 is a sequel to The Equalizer (2014 & 2018). The production of the film cost $70 million, yet it has only earned $68.9 million so far. Soon enough, I expect it to be able to turn a profit.
Although a specific date for the film’s OTT release has not yet been revealed, you can rest assured that you may watch it on either Amazon Prime Video or Netflix. Denzel Washington returns as Robert McCall, with Dakota Fanning as Emma Collins, Eugenio Mastrandrea as Gio Bonucci, David Denman as Frank Conroy, Sonia Ben Ammar as Chiara Bonucci, Remo Girone as Enzo Arisio, and many others in the cast of Antoine Fuqua’s The Equalizer 3.
When Will The Equalizer 3 Be Available On Streaming Services?
Even after a week, The Equalizer 3 is still not widely available in theaters. Fans are still curious as to when it will be available on over-the-top (OTT) services.
While we haven’t heard anything concrete, we can assume that it won’t be too long before it’s ready to stream on Amazon Prime Video or Netflix. The Equalizer 3 will likely join the other Sony Pictures Releasing films that have been released on Amazon Prime Video.
The rogue-themed action film is also likely to make an appearance on Netflix. The partnership between the streamer and Sony allows them to operate in tandem.
The pilot episode of the series is currently available for free streaming on Starz and for rental or purchase on Prime Video. The second film in a series is available on both Hulu and Prime Video.
Director Antoine Fuqua recently discussed the film’s breakout star, Denzel Washington, with entertainment website Collider.
I believe he has won their support because he is so relatable to them. There’s nothing remarkable about him. It’s easy to imagine him as a buddy or someone you’d enjoy chatting over tea with. He is a cold-blooded killer when it comes time to do that. But I think that’s what’s getting people to listen. He said, “You know, you could see yourself in Robert McCall.”
“Well, he got some bad guys who deserved to die, and that’s his final great work. When you first meet Vincent, the brother, played by Andrea Scarduzio, you quickly learn that he and his family are the worst of the worst due to the horrible way they treat others and force them to leave their homes. Thus, the worst conceivable route was their only option. They had to learn what it was like to be frightened the hard way.

Since leaving his position as a government assassin, Robert McCall has struggled to make peace with the terrible things he did in the past. However, he finds an odd solace in serving the needs of the destitute. He finds himself unexpectedly at home in Southern Italy, where he learns that the local criminal bosses control his new circle of acquaintances. As the situation escalates, McCall realizes that he has take on the gang in order to save his companions.
The film’s producers, including Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal, Denzel Washington, and a few others, are working from a script written by Richard Wenk.
